The alarm didn't ring

In the iPhone Settings app › Okoshite, check that Alarms and Location (While Using the App) are allowed. The app keeps working with the screen off during a trip, but swiping it away in the app switcher stops it. Just in case, a backup alarm also rings shortly after your expected arrival.

Too late or too early in the subway

Underground, stops between stations (for example, waiting at a signal) can throw the timing off. That's why the app warns you one stop early with “Next stop is yours”, and sets a backup alarm shortly after your expected arrival. If you tell us about the trip, it helps us improve.

Battery

The app only works while you ride and stops by itself a few minutes after you arrive.

Restoring a purchase

In the app, open Settings (the gear) › Restore purchase, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with.
